Showjumping Training Rallies –Important Recently and all too frequently members are booking in for rallies and not turning up!! This has a number of consequences: The program for the evening gets messed up In order to provide value for members rallies are non-profit making, therefore any non attendance unless it is paid for places a financial burden on the club. As rallies are often well subscribed by non attendance you may have prevented another rider from taking part. Organisers spend a considerable amount of their own time trying to set up rallies and accommodate riders wishes and feel unfairly treated when people just don't turn up. All organisers are only a phone call or email away. A 48 hr prior notice deadline is not unreasonable as this gives us time to organise the evenings schedule and contact those involved in the rally. The long established rule is give 48 hrs notice or pay up!	Show jumping (Wednesday) Trainer -changes periodically contact Trish for latest info. For an interim period it wil still be possible to book in with Vikki as per normal.
