PLEASE HELP !!

PERRY RIDING, DRIVING AND VAULTING GROUP BID ON ITV'S "PEOPLE'S MILLIONS 2008" FOR A MECHANICAL HORSE AND HOIST.

We have a place in the public vote on the ITV Central West Regional evening news programme, ‘The People's Millions 2008' on 24th November for a Mechanical Horse, an Electric Hoist and a Building to house it all in. The Group needs this because:

• Indoor facilities will allow us to deliver therapy progammes regardless of the weather.

• A mechanical hoist will allow us to help anyone to get on the horse, regardless of their weight or disability.

• The three speed programme on the mechanical horse (walk, trot and canter) will enable our vaulters to develop their techniques and abilities through the downtime of the winter months, dark nights and adverse weather conditions.

• The canter speed on the horse will allow our disabled riders to experience canter in a safe and warm environment and hopefully allow them to develop their skills to the extent that they can go on to canter on our real horses in an outside arena.
