Show Jumping Results (27/4/08) A pleasant April morning saw one of the best turnouts for a club show jumping competition for some years. All classes were eagerly competed for and resulted in some exciting competition. The club purple riband show jumping event for the Connie Wynn trophy, was the best contested Connie Wynn for a long time, Vicki Cliffe on Tilly being pushed all the way by an amazed Beryl Matthews on her darling Baby Boo. As always my most hearty thanks goes to all the helpers who helped to make this an outstanding event. Pat Oakley and Steve did a sterling job with scoring the event. the two young ladies replacing poles were kept very busy by the riders and stuck to their task in grand style and on the collecting ring were totally on top of the job and and helped the event to run really smoothly.
